How it works

Two brief steps online, followed by physician review.

Every submitted screening is personally reviewed by Dr. Violeta Aronov, D.O. If your screening can move forward, Dr. Aronov will call you within 24 hours to discuss your health information, goals, and next steps.

    Your information

    Your name, contact information, and the infusion you would like to discuss.

    Safety screening

    Brief yes-or-no questions about your current health and recent medical events.

  3. III

    Physician review and call

    Dr. Aronov will review your screening responses and call you within 24 hours if your request can move forward. During the call, the physician may ask additional medical questions, discuss your goals, and recommend the most appropriate infusion. If eligible, your appointment can be scheduled during the same call.

  4. IV

    At your appointment

    You will complete and sign your medical history onsite. Dr. Aronov will review it with you before any infusion begins.

What happens next

  • After you submit the safety screening, Dr. Aronov will personally review your responses. If the screening does not identify an immediate safety concern that prevents your request from moving forward, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours.
  • During the call, Dr. Aronov may gather additional medical information, discuss your goals, and determine whether IV support is appropriate for you. If a different infusion would be more suitable than the one you initially selected, Dr. Aronov will explain the recommendation. If eligible, your appointment can be scheduled during the same call.
  • Important: Eligibility form submissions are not reviewed immediately. Do not use this form for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
