No. IV Immune support
Immun-O-Boost IV
Proactive IV support combining hydration with nutrients involved in normal immune function, antioxidant defense and recovery. The infusion is delivered in carefully sequenced stages over approximately two and a half hours, and is personally administered and monitored by Dr. Aronov.
Designed as proactive support for medically appropriate patients when they are well — not during an acute illness. Timing may be individualized around seasonal changes, including before flu season. ImmunoBoost does not prevent or treat infection and is not a substitute for vaccination or appropriate medical care.

Why each component is included
What’s included — and the role of each component.
ImmunoBoost is administered in multiple stages and includes vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. These ingredients support different aspects of normal immune function, cellular metabolism, tissue maintenance, and antioxidant defenses. The sections below identify the individual ingredients in each category and explain their biological roles.
-
01
Essential trace minerals
Zinc, copper, manganese and selenium
These minerals are needed in small amounts, but each supports a different part of normal immune and antioxidant function:
- Zinc supports immune-cell development, communication and normal responses. It is also required for protein and DNA synthesis, cell division and wound healing.
- Copper contributes to normal immune function, iron metabolism and connective-tissue formation. It is also part of copper–zinc superoxide dismutase, an enzyme that helps protect cells from oxidative damage.
- Manganese is part of mitochondrial superoxide dismutase, an antioxidant enzyme that helps protect the mitochondria where cells produce energy.
- Selenium is incorporated into selenoproteins, including glutathione peroxidases and thioredoxin reductases, which help regulate oxidative stress and support normal immune function.
These minerals are included in carefully selected amounts because trace-mineral balance matters, and more is not necessarily better.

02
Cellular energy and immune-cell renewal
B-complex vitamins
This B-complex blend includes B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. These vitamins perform different but connected functions:
- B1, B2, B3 and B5 help cells convert nutrients into usable energy.
- B2 and B3 also participate in cellular redox and antioxidant pathways.
- B6 supports amino-acid metabolism and normal immune-cell function.
- B12 is required for DNA synthesis and normal blood-cell formation.
Together, these vitamins support the energy production and cell renewal required for a normal immune response.
-
03
Metabolic and immune-cell cofactor
Magnesium
Magnesium is required by hundreds of enzymes involved in cellular energy production, protein and DNA synthesis and electrolyte regulation. Magnesium signaling also participates in normal immune-cell activity, including T-cell activation and antibody-related pathways. It is included as a metabolic and cellular-signaling cofactor.
-
04
Cellular signaling
Calcium gluconate
Calcium is more than a bone mineral. Inside immune cells, it acts as a signaling messenger. Carefully regulated calcium signals help lymphocytes activate, multiply and communicate during a normal immune response. Calcium gluconate provides calcium in a form suitable for intravenous administration.
-
05
Protein and tissue building blocks
AminoMultiPlex amino-acid blend
This blend contains four amino acids with different biological roles:
- L-arginine supports protein production and is a precursor to nitric oxide, a signaling molecule involved in circulation, immune-cell activity and tissue repair.
- L-glutamine provides fuel and nitrogen for rapidly dividing cells, including immune cells and the cells lining the intestinal tract.
- L-lysine is an essential amino acid required for protein production, collagen formation and tissue maintenance.
- L-proline is a major structural amino acid in collagen and connective tissue.
Together, these amino acids provide building materials used for normal immune-cell turnover, protein synthesis and tissue maintenance.
-
06
Mitochondrial and antioxidant support
Alpha-lipoic acid
Alpha-lipoic acid works as a cofactor for mitochondrial enzymes that help cells process fuel. Its reduced form interacts with vitamin C and glutathione within the body’s antioxidant network. It is included to support cellular redox balance, including within metabolically active immune cells.
Alpha-lipoic acid works with vitamin C and glutathione to help protect the body’s cells. Lab studies suggest it may help restore vitamin C after it is used, allowing the body to recycle it. It may also help the body make and maintain glutathione. Together, these antioxidants help protect cells from damage.
-
07
Immune, antioxidant and collagen support
Vitamin C
Humans cannot produce vitamin C and must obtain it from outside sources. Vitamin C supports the body’s protective tissue barriers, normal white-blood-cell function and cellular antioxidant defenses. It is also required for collagen production and normal wound healing. Adequate vitamin C is necessary for normal innate and adaptive immune function.
-
08
Intracellular antioxidant defense
Glutathione
Glutathione is produced naturally inside the body’s cells and is one of the body’s principal intracellular antioxidants. It helps maintain the redox balance immune cells need for normal signaling, DNA synthesis and lymphocyte function. It also supports enzyme systems that neutralize peroxides and other reactive compounds. It is included for cellular antioxidant support.
Support for normal immune function — not protection from illness.
The evidence Seven references behind this formulation Zinc, alpha-lipoic acid and glutathione in immune support — the published studies, sorted by what kind of evidence each one actually is. Read the researchThese descriptions explain the normal biological roles of the individual ingredients and why they may be considered in the formulation. They do not establish that the combined ImmunoBoost IV protocol improves immune function, prevents or treats infection, or produces a particular clinical outcome. Adequate nutrient status is important for normal immunity, but providing additional nutrients does not necessarily enhance immunity in someone who is not deficient. Research involving individual ingredients does not establish the safety or effectiveness of the combined IV protocol. The final formulation is determined after physician screening and may be adjusted or omitted based on medical history, medications, laboratory findings, organ function and clinical appropriateness.
Immune support
is ongoing.
The immune system works continuously; it does not switch on for one afternoon and off again. When medically appropriate, ImmunoBoost IV Support may be considered approximately once or twice a month while you are well. Timing is individualized and may change according to your current health and other clinical factors.

Before you get in touch
Questions about
this infusion.
Who provides and monitors my infusion?
Dr. Violeta Aronov personally administers and monitors every infusion. Before it begins, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical information, confirms the appropriate formulation and dose, prepares the medications, and sets the infusion rate.
From the initial medical review through the completion of your infusion, every stage remains under Dr. Aronov’s direct care.
What happens before I can book?
Every infusion begins with a short safety questionnaire so Dr. Aronov can confirm the infusion is appropriate for your medical history, medications, current health and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
Once your answers have been reviewed, Dr. Aronov will contact you directly — usually within 24 hours — to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, schedule your appointment. The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion. Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee approval or reserve an appointment.
Can I be considered for ImmunoBoost while under a specialist’s care?
Yes. Being under a specialist’s care does not automatically rule you out. Dr. Aronov will review your diagnosis, medications, current treatment and overall health to determine whether the infusion is medically appropriate.
If additional information is needed, Dr. Aronov may request relevant records or coordinate with your specialist. ImmunoBoost is supportive care and does not replace or change the treatment prescribed by your specialist.
Will this prevent me from getting sick?
No. ImmunoBoost IV Support is designed to support normal immune function when you are well. It cannot prevent infection or guarantee that you will not become sick.
This infusion is offered solely as adjunctive wellness support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition, and has not been evaluated by the FDA for those purposes. It does not replace vaccination, antivirals, antibiotics or care from your physician.
If you are acutely unwell, contact your physician. ImmunoBoost is intended for proactive support — not for treating an active illness.
Why every two to four weeks rather than weekly?
When medically appropriate, ImmunoBoost may be considered approximately every two to four weeks, with timing sometimes closer to twice monthly during flu season. It is intended as proactive wellness support when you are well — not as treatment during an acute illness.
The formulation contains nutrients involved in normal immune-cell development, maturation, function and antioxidant defense. More frequent infusions are not automatically more beneficial. The appropriate interval may change with your health, medications, the season and your response to a previous infusion.
For that reason, Dr. Aronov reviews a new screening before every visit rather than placing patients on an automatic schedule.
By physician review only
Your history.
Personally reviewed by Dr. Aronov.
Complete a short safety questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications and allergies. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee. Dr. Aronov personally reviews your answers to determine whether ImmunoBoost IV Support is medically appropriate for you, then contacts you directly to schedule. No infusion is booked and nothing is charged until then. If ImmunoBoost is not the right fit, Dr. Aronov will explain whether another infusion may be more appropriate — or whether IV support is not recommended.
- 01 Safety screening You answer a short safety questionnaire covering your medical history, medications, allergies and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
- 02 Physician review Dr. Aronov personally reviews your answers, along with any relevant laboratory results or medical records you provide, to determine whether IV support is appropriate for you and within the scope of services offered by Alpha Vital Elite.
- 03 A call to schedule Dr. Aronov contacts you directly, usually within 24 hours, to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, book your appointment. When additional information is needed, Dr. Aronov may request medical records or, with your authorization, contact your treating physician or specialist.
- 04 Medical form at the clinic The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion, before the infusion begins.
Following that review, Dr. Aronov may approve the requested infusion, recommend a different formulation, request additional information or medical clearance, or determine that IV support is not appropriate at this time. No appointment is scheduled until the review has been completed.
