No. VI Muscle recovery

LIQUIXO Recovery

A complete IV blend of 20 amino acids designed to support muscle recovery when muscle mass may be lost — whether due to aging, illness, post-surgical stress once medically stable, or GLP-1,2–based and other medically supervised weight-loss programs. With a 45-minute chair time, it is the shortest infusion on the menu.

This infusion provides supportive care and does not replace adequate protein intake or appropriate resistance training, which remain the primary foundations for preserving and rebuilding muscle. IV delivery has not been established as superior to food or oral supplementation.

Why each component is included

A closer look at what’s included.

Muscle tissue relies on amino acids for normal maintenance and repair. This focused 45-minute infusion combines a complete profile of 20 amino acids with exosome signaling vesicles to support muscle recovery.

  1. 01

    A complete amino acid profile

    20 amino acids

Includes all 20 amino acids used by the body to build proteins, including the nine essential amino acids it cannot produce on its own. Together, they provide the nutritional building blocks involved in normal muscle protein synthesis, maintenance and repair.

  2. 02

    Cell signaling

    Exosomes

Exosomes are microscopic vesicles naturally released by cells, often stem cells. They are packed with bioactive cargo, including proteins, growth factors and genetic signals. When infused into the bloodstream, they travel to damaged or stressed areas and signal those cells to initiate tissue repair and regeneration.

In therapies like LIQUIXO, it is believed that exosomes help coordinate how the body utilizes the accompanying 20 amino acids. By improving intercellular communication, they may help target tissues — such as fatigued muscles — absorb and use the nutrients more effectively during recovery.

Component descriptions state what a compound is involved in, not what an infusion will do for you. Research involving individual ingredients does not establish the safety or effectiveness of this combined IV protocol. Final formulation and dosing are determined by Dr. Aronov during physician review, based on your individual history and clinical appropriateness.

Before you get in touch

Questions about
this infusion.

Who provides and monitors my infusion?

Dr. Violeta Aronov personally administers and monitors every infusion. Before it begins, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical information, confirms the appropriate formulation and dose, prepares the medications, and sets the infusion rate.

From the initial medical review through the completion of your infusion, every stage remains under Dr. Aronov’s direct care.

What happens before I can book?

Every infusion begins with a short safety questionnaire so Dr. Aronov can confirm the infusion is appropriate for your medical history, medications, current health and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.

Once your answers have been reviewed, Dr. Aronov will contact you directly — usually within 24 hours — to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, schedule your appointment. The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion. Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee approval or reserve an appointment.

I’m already receiving care from a specialist. Can I still be considered?

Yes. Being under a specialist’s care does not automatically rule you out. Dr. Aronov will review your diagnosis, medications and current treatment plan to determine whether LIQUIXO Muscle Support is appropriate for you.

When coordination is medically appropriate — and with your permission — Dr. Aronov will make a reasonable effort to contact your treating specialist. Written approval is not routinely required. This infusion is supportive and does not replace or alter the care prescribed by your specialist.

Do I still need to exercise and eat enough protein?

Yes. This infusion does not replace strength training, adequate protein, or a balanced diet. Amino acids are building blocks the body uses to maintain and repair muscle, but they are only one part of supporting muscle health. This infusion is intended to complement appropriate exercise and nutrition—not replace them.

It is offered for supportive nutritional wellness and is not intended to diagnose or treat muscle loss, sarcopenia, or any musculoskeletal condition.

By physician review only

Your health information
is reviewed personally.

Before anything is scheduled, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, available laboratory results and infusion goals, to determine whether LIQUIXO Muscle Support is medically appropriate for you.

  1. 01 Safety screening You answer a short safety questionnaire covering your medical history, medications, allergies and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
  2. 02 Physician review Dr. Aronov personally reviews your answers, along with any relevant laboratory results or medical records you provide, to determine whether IV support is appropriate for you and within the scope of services offered by Alpha Vital Elite.
  3. 03 A call to schedule Dr. Aronov contacts you directly, usually within 24 hours, to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, book your appointment. When additional information is needed, Dr. Aronov may request medical records or, with your authorization, contact your treating physician or specialist.
  4. 04 Medical form at the clinic The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion, before the infusion begins.

Following that review, Dr. Aronov may approve the requested infusion, recommend a different formulation, request additional information or medical clearance, or determine that IV support is not appropriate at this time. No appointment is scheduled until the review has been completed.
