No. II Glutathione IV therapy
Glutathione IV
A focused, single-compound option that delivers reduced glutathione itself as a concentrated, slow IV push. Approximately 15 minutes of administration within a 30-minute visit.
Direct antioxidant and detoxification support in a focused, concentrated format. This shorter, more affordable option delivers glutathione itself — rather than the longer multi-antioxidant combination offered in Antioxidant ×3 Reset IV. Compare both options on the Infusion Menu.
The body normally synthesizes glutathione from glutamate, cysteine and glycine. This focused
option administers reduced glutathione itself directly into the circulation as a carefully
controlled slow IV push. Human pharmacokinetic studies demonstrate a rapid increase in
circulating glutathione following intravenous administration.
Antioxidant and detoxification support
Your cells face oxidative stress every day — from normal metabolism, environmental
exposures, and the processing of medications. Glutathione is one of the body’s
principal intracellular antioxidants and a front-line defense against that stress. It helps
neutralize reactive compounds before they can damage cells and supports their processing and
elimination. This protection is not occasional; your body relies on glutathione
continuously.
Cosmetic dermatology focus
Melanin gives skin its natural color, but when certain areas produce too much, dark spots,
patches, and uneven tone can appear. This is why glutathione is used in skin-brightening
creams and supplements: it may influence how melanin is produced. Our service delivers
glutathione directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion. However, IV delivery has not
been proven to brighten skin more effectively than oral or topical forms, and individual
results vary.
Support alongside chronic medical care
Research has identified altered glutathione status or increased oxidative stress in several
chronic health conditions. For selected patients, direct glutathione may be considered as
physician-directed adjunctive antioxidant support within their established medical care.
Appropriateness is determined individually based on diagnosis, clinical stability,
medications, kidney and liver function, and coordination with the patient’s treating
clinicians. It is used alongside — not in place of — condition-specific medical
care.
Why each component is included
What’s inside,and why it matters.
Glutathione is a natural substance your body makes. It is one of the body’s main
antioxidants and helps protect your cells from everyday stress and damage.

The body’s principal antioxidant
Glutathione
Why it matters. Your body uses glutathione to support its normal cleanup and
detoxification processes. It helps the body process certain substances so they can be
removed, and it helps other antioxidants continue working.
Why this option is different. This IV gives you glutathione itself — not
just the ingredients your body would first need to use to make it. It is delivered alone
as a concentrated, slow IV push rather than as part of a longer antioxidant
infusion.
These studies explain why glutathione is being researched. They do not prove that this IV
prevents or treats disease, and they do not guarantee individual results. Research involving
an individual ingredient does not establish the safety or effectiveness of a particular IV
formulation. Following physician screening, the reviewing physician determines whether the
infusion is clinically appropriate. If approved, the physician finalizes the formulation and
dosing based on the patient’s medical history and clinical assessment.
Before you get in touch
Questions about this infusion.
What is glutathione?
Glutathione is a substance your body makes naturally. It helps protect your cells and helps your body process certain substances.
Why is glutathione studied?
Scientists study its role in antioxidant protection, immune function, normal detoxification, skin brightness, skin aging and tissue repair.
Research helps us understand glutathione. It does not promise a particular result from this IV.
Can glutathione brighten the skin?
Some studies have looked at glutathione and skin brightness. Most used pills or skin products — not IV glutathione.
Skin brightening is only one area of research. Results are not guaranteed.
Why do some studies mention COVID-19 or tuberculosis?
Scientists studied these illnesses to learn how glutathione is connected to immune cells and oxidative stress.
This does not mean that Glutathione IV Push prevents or treats COVID-19, tuberculosis, or any other infection.
Can it be used with regular medical care?
For some medically stable patients, Dr. Aronov may consider it as added antioxidant support.
It is used alongside regular medical care. It does not replace treatment from your primary-care physician or specialist.
How is this option different?
Antioxidant ×3 Reset IV combines glutathione with vitamin C and alpha-lipoic acid.
Glutathione IV Push provides glutathione itself. It is the shorter and more affordable of the two options.
Does every study apply to this IV?
No. Studies may use different doses, products, or ways of giving glutathione.
Research involving a pill, skin product, or different IV formula does not automatically apply to this Glutathione IV Push.
How do I know if it is right for me?
Dr. Aronov reviews your health history, medications, laboratory results, and medical stability before approving treatment.
By physician review only
Your health information is reviewed personally.
Before anything is scheduled, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical history, current
medications and supplements, allergies, available laboratory results and infusion goals,
to determine whether the glutathione injection is medically appropriate for you.
01Safety screeningYou answer a short safety questionnaire covering your medical history, medications, allergies and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
02Physician reviewDr. Aronov personally reviews your answers, along with any relevant laboratory results or medical records you provide, to determine whether IV support is appropriate for you and within the scope of services offered by Alpha Vital Elite.
03A call to scheduleDr. Aronov contacts you directly, usually within 24 hours, to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, book your appointment. When additional information is needed, Dr. Aronov may request medical records or, with your authorization, contact your treating physician or specialist.
04Medical form at the clinicThe complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion, before the infusion begins.
Following that review, Dr. Aronov may approve the requested infusion, recommend a
different formulation, request additional information or medical clearance, or determine
that IV support is not appropriate at this time. No appointment is scheduled until the
review has been completed.
The number and frequency of infusions are individualized. Dr. Aronov will consider
your medical history, goals and response before recommending whether additional sessions
may be appropriate.
