No. X Customized infusion

Customized Infusion

When none of the six signature infusions is the right fit, Dr. Aronov may compose one for you instead — built from a review of your history, medications and goals rather than from a menu.

Supportive care, composed individually. Custom does not mean unlimited: anything not considered clinically appropriate will be declined.

How each formulation is designed

What may be included— and how your formulation is selected.

A customized infusion does not follow a preset formula. The components below represent ingredients that may be considered, not a combination that every patient receives. Selection and dosing are determined through physician review of your health history, medications, allergies, wellness goals, and clinical suitability. Depending on that review, certain ingredients may be adjusted or omitted.

  1. 01

    Carrier solution

    Sterile IV fluid

A sterile intravenous solution serves as the carrier for any selected components. The type and total volume are determined individually.

  2. 02

    Available category

    Minerals

Available options may include magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium. Selection, proportions, and dosing—if any—are determined individually through physician review.

  3. 03

    Available category

    Vitamins

Available options may include selected B vitamins and vitamin C. The specific vitamins and doses—if any—are determined individually through physician review.

  4. 04

    Available category

    Amino acids

Selected amino acids may be considered as part of an individualized formulation. The combination and amounts—if any—are determined through physician review.

  5. 05

    Available category

    Antioxidants

Available options may include glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid, and N-acetylcysteine, individually or in selected combinations. Inclusion, dosing, and sequence—if any—are determined through physician review.

These categories represent ingredients that may be considered. They do not constitute a recommendation or a preset infusion formula, and no component is included automatically.

Selected for you, or not offered at all.

The evidence Component references are available throughout the infusion menu Because a customized infusion does not have a fixed formula, it does not have a separate set of references. For research related to individual components, please refer to the relevant signature infusion pages and the Research page. See the research

Component descriptions explain the physiological roles in which individual compounds are involved—not what a customized infusion will do for you. Research involving individual ingredients does not establish the safety or effectiveness of any resulting combined IV protocol or predict an individual outcome. The final formulation and dosing, if any, are determined through physician review based on individual health history and clinical appropriateness.

Before you get in touch

Questions about
this infusion.

Who provides and monitors my infusion?

Dr. Violeta Aronov personally administers and monitors every infusion. Before it begins, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical information, confirms the appropriate formulation and dose, prepares the medications, and sets the infusion rate.

From the initial medical review through the completion of your infusion, every stage remains under Dr. Aronov’s direct care.

What happens before I can book?

Every infusion begins with a short safety questionnaire so Dr. Aronov can confirm the infusion is appropriate for your medical history, medications, current health and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.

Once your answers have been reviewed, Dr. Aronov will contact you directly — usually within 24 hours — to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, schedule your appointment. The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion. Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee approval or reserve an appointment.

I’m already receiving care from a specialist. Can I still be considered?

Yes. Being under a specialist’s care does not automatically rule you out. Dr. Aronov will review your diagnosis, medications and current treatment plan to determine whether a customized infusion is appropriate for you.

When coordination is medically appropriate — and with your permission — Dr. Aronov will make a reasonable effort to contact your treating specialist. Written approval is not routinely required. This infusion is supportive and does not replace or alter the care prescribed by your specialist.

How is my customized infusion determined?

Every customized infusion begins with a physician review of your health history, current medications and supplements, allergies, wellness goals, and relevant laboratory information when available. If an infusion is appropriate, the physician determines the components, doses, sequence, fluid volume, and administration rate based on your individual clinical profile.

Customized does not mean that more ingredients—or every requested ingredient—will be included. The final formulation may contain fewer components than a signature infusion, certain ingredients may be omitted, or no infusion may be offered when it is not considered clinically appropriate.

Can I request specific ingredients?

Yes. You are welcome to share which ingredients interest you and what you hope to support. Your preferences will be considered during physician review, but requesting an ingredient does not guarantee that it will be included. Each component must be appropriate for your health history, medications and supplements, allergies, relevant laboratory information, and the overall formulation.

A customized infusion is not assembled by simply selecting ingredients from a menu. The final components, doses, sequence, and administration rate are determined by the physician, and requested ingredients may be adjusted or omitted when appropriate.

By physician review only

Your health information
is reviewed personally.

Before anything is scheduled, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, available laboratory results and infusion goals, to determine whether a customized infusion is medically appropriate for you.

  1. 01 Safety screening You answer a short safety questionnaire covering your medical history, medications, allergies and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
  2. 02 Physician review Dr. Aronov personally reviews your answers, along with any relevant laboratory results or medical records you provide, to determine whether IV support is appropriate for you and within the scope of services offered by Alpha Vital Elite.
  3. 03 A call to schedule Dr. Aronov contacts you directly, usually within 24 hours, to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, book your appointment. When additional information is needed, Dr. Aronov may request medical records or, with your authorization, contact your treating physician or specialist.
  4. 04 Medical form at the clinic The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion, before the infusion begins.

Following that review, Dr. Aronov may approve the requested infusion, recommend a different formulation, request additional information or medical clearance, or determine that IV support is not appropriate at this time. No appointment is scheduled until the review has been completed.
