No. VII Mind & focus support
Stress & Brain Wellness
Your brain and nervous system rely on nutrients to produce energy, help nerve cells communicate, and maintain antioxidant defenses. Stress & Brain Wellness provides B vitamins, taurine, and alpha-lipoic acid as physician-directed nutritional support.
Supportive wellness care only. Research has generally studied these nutrients orally; no clinical studies establish that this combined IV is superior to oral supplementation. Benefits are not guaranteed, individual results may vary, and it neither treats psychiatric, neurological, or cognitive conditions nor replaces medical or psychiatric care.

Why each component is included
A closer look at
Each component has a distinct place within the formulation. Below, we examine the science behind each selection and its recognized physiological role.
-
01
Cellular energy metabolism
Vitamin B1
Thiamine helps the body turn glucose, amino acids, and fat into usable cellular energy. The brain’s demand for that energy never stops, which is why adequate B1 matters to the normal function of brain and nerve cells.
-
02
Neurotransmitter production
Vitamin B6
The active form of B6 takes part in more than 100 enzyme reactions. Among them are the pathways that build neurotransmitters — the chemical messengers nerve cells use to talk to one another.
-
03
Myelin and nerve signaling
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is required for normal central nervous system function and for the formation and maintenance of myelin — the protective insulation surrounding nerve fibers. Healthy myelin allows electrical signals to travel efficiently throughout the brain and nervous system.
-
04
Neuromodulation and cellular balance
Taurine
Taurine is naturally concentrated in electrically active tissues, including the brain. It participates in neuromodulation — the fine-tuning of how nerve cells respond to signals — and helps cells maintain stable fluid volume and calcium balance.
-
05
Mitochondrial and antioxidant support
Alpha-lipoic acid
Alpha-lipoic acid is unusual because it can function in both the watery interior of cells and their fat-rich membranes. This is especially relevant to nerve cells, which rely on intracellular energy metabolism and specialized lipid membranes to function and communicate. It also works within the body’s interconnected antioxidant network, helping regenerate vitamins C and E and maintain cellular glutathione.
Alpha-lipoic acid works with vitamin C and glutathione to help protect the body’s cells. Lab studies suggest it may help restore vitamin C after it is used, allowing the body to recycle it. It may also help the body make and maintain glutathione. Together, these antioxidants help protect cells from damage.
Brain-focused by design.
Every component considered.
Important research context
The studies cited below did not evaluate this exact combined IV formulation. Much of the
research examines individual ingredients taken orally or studied in laboratory, preclinical,
observational, or other non-IV settings. Those findings provide scientific context but cannot
be assumed to apply to intravenous administration or to ingredients used together.
Intravenous administration bypasses digestion, but this alone does not establish greater effectiveness, a predictable response, or any particular wellness outcome. This research does not establish the safety or effectiveness of the combined infusion. Individual responses vary, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
Before you get in touch
Questions about
this infusion.
Who provides and monitors my infusion?
Dr. Violeta Aronov personally administers and monitors every infusion. Before it begins, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical information, confirms the appropriate formulation and dose, prepares the medications, and sets the infusion rate.
From the initial medical review through the completion of your infusion, every stage remains under Dr. Aronov’s direct care.
What happens before I can book?
Every infusion begins with a short safety questionnaire so Dr. Aronov can confirm the infusion is appropriate for your medical history, medications, current health and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
Once your answers have been reviewed, Dr. Aronov will contact you directly — usually within 24 hours — to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, schedule your appointment. The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion. Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee approval or reserve an appointment.
I’m already receiving care from a specialist. Can I still be considered?
Yes. Being under a specialist’s care does not automatically rule you out. Dr. Aronov will review your diagnosis, medications and current treatment plan to determine whether this infusion is appropriate for you.
When coordination is medically appropriate — and with your permission — Dr. Aronov will make a reasonable effort to contact your treating specialist. Written approval is not routinely required. This infusion is supportive and does not replace or alter the care prescribed by your specialist.
I already take a B-complex. Is this different?
Yes. This is not simply an IV version of an over-the-counter B-complex. It combines selected nutrients in physician-determined doses and delivers them directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion.
The distinction is in the route of delivery, not a promise of greater benefit. For many people, oral vitamins remain a suitable choice. During physician review, your current supplements, medications, medical history, and relevant laboratory results are considered together to avoid unnecessary duplication and determine whether this infusion is clinically appropriate.
Is this infusion a treatment for anxiety or depression?
No. This infusion is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anxiety, depression, or any other psychiatric condition. Its ingredients have recognized physiological roles in normal brain and nervous-system function, but those roles do not establish that this combined IV infusion improves mood or psychiatric symptoms.
Brain Wellness is a physician-directed wellness service, not mental-health treatment. It does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, or other care from a physician, psychiatrist, or licensed mental-health professional. An infusion will not be offered as a substitute for appropriate medical or psychiatric care.
Anyone experiencing urgent psychiatric symptoms, thoughts of self-harm, or immediate danger should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
By physician review only
Your health information is
reviewed personally by Dr. Aronov.
Before anything is scheduled, Dr. Aronov reviews your medical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, available laboratory results and infusion goals, to determine whether Stress & Brain Wellness IV Support is medically appropriate for you.
- 01 Safety screening You answer a short safety questionnaire covering your medical history, medications, allergies and goals. It takes only a few minutes, and there is no screening or physician review fee.
- 02 Physician review Dr. Aronov personally reviews your answers, along with any relevant laboratory results or medical records you provide, to determine whether IV support is appropriate for you and within the scope of services offered by Alpha Vital Elite.
- 03 A call to schedule Dr. Aronov contacts you directly, usually within 24 hours, to ask any necessary follow-up questions and, if the infusion is appropriate, book your appointment. When additional information is needed, Dr. Aronov may request medical records or, with your authorization, contact your treating physician or specialist.
- 04 Medical form at the clinic The complete medical form and patient attestation are reviewed and signed on site at the clinic on the day of your infusion, before the infusion begins.
Following that review, Dr. Aronov may approve the requested infusion, recommend a different formulation, request additional information or medical clearance, or determine that IV support is not appropriate at this time. No appointment is scheduled until the review has been completed.

Stress & Brain Wellness IV is an elective, physician-directed wellness service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent or reverse any disease or medical condition, including cognitive, neurological, psychiatric, inflammatory or age-related conditions. Research involving individual ingredients does not establish the safety or effectiveness of this combined IV protocol. No benefit or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
This specific formulation has not been approved by the FDA for these wellness purposes. If a compounded preparation is used, it is not FDA-approved. IV administration carries risks, including infection, vein irritation, fluid or electrolyte imbalance, changes in blood pressure or heart rhythm, medication interactions, kidney complications, and allergic reactions, including rare anaphylaxis. Screening and monitoring reduce but do not eliminate these risks.
This service does not replace primary or specialist care, prescribed treatment, diagnostic evaluation or emergency care. Eligibility requires physician review, medical screening and separate informed consent before administration.
