Chapter I Signature IV Infusions

Signature infusions,
individually reviewed.

Each signature infusion is a thoughtfully designed starting point—not a one-size-fits-all formula or a promise of results. Before scheduling, Dr. Aronov reviews the health information you provide, including your medical history, medications, allergies, and individual needs, to determine whether you may be eligible for IV support. Based on that review, she may recommend a signature infusion, modify the formula, or create a customized option. IV support is intended to complement—not replace—care from your primary care physician or specialist. Every infusion is physician-reviewed and directed.

Chapter II Before you come in

No walk-ins.
Every visit begins with physician review.

Four steps guide you from initial screening to your infusion, with the same physician personally reviewing, planning, and overseeing your care.

  1. 01

    Submit your health information

Complete a brief form with your medical history, current medications, allergies, and goals. No appointment is booked and no payment is collected at this stage.

  2. 02

    A physician reviews your information

A physician reviews the information you submit to determine whether IV support is safe and appropriate for you and which formulation, if any, may be considered.

  3. 03

    An individual eligibility decision

There are no automatic approvals. Your medical history, medications, allergies, goals, and other relevant clinical factors are considered together. The physician may approve an infusion, request additional information, recommend a different formulation, or determine that IV support is not appropriate.

  4. 04

    Your physician-directed visit

If approved, the physician determines the formulation and dose, prepares the infusion, sets the administration rate, and remains with you in the treatment room until the session is complete.

Not every patient will be eligible. We offer a defined range of IV formulations and may not provide the ingredients or type of support you are seeking. If your needs fall outside what we can safely offer, the physician will explain why.

What Makes Alpha Vital Elite Different?

It is not about putting more ingredients in a bag.
It is about choosing the right ingredients for the right person.

Researched. Separated when needed. Given in a planned order. Directed by a physician

One

The Route

Swallowed, it has to survive the trip. In a vein, it is already there.

The Pill Has To Make The Trip

The number on the supplement label tells you how much is inside the pill. It does not tell you exactly how much your body will absorb. Before a swallowed nutrient can reach your blood, it must travel through your digestive system and cross the gut wall. How much gets through can vary.

  1. 1
    Your Stomach

Stomach acid and digestive juices break the pill apart and release what is inside. Some ingredients make it through the stomach easily. Others may be changed or broken down before your body can absorb them.

  2. 2
    Your Gut Wall

Think of the gut wall as a row of tiny doors. The nutrient must cross this wall to enter your blood. How much gets through can depend on the nutrient, its form and dose, your digestive health, and what else you eat or take.

  3. 3
    Your Liver

Many swallowed substances travel to the liver before reaching the rest of the body. The liver may change, store, or remove part of some ingredients.

  4. 4
    Your Bloodstream

What reaches your bloodstream is the amount your body absorbed. In some cases, that may be only 10 to 20 percent of the dose promised on the bottle’s label. It usually arrives gradually over hours.

The Catch — The label tells you what you swallowed. It cannot tell you exactly what your body absorbed.

Through The IV — 0 Stops

  1. Into The Vein

The infusion enters the vein and joins your bloodstream directly. No stomach to survive. No gut wall to cross.

  2. Your Bloodstream

Within minutes, the ingredients are moving through your bloodstream. Your blood carries them throughout the body, where tissues can take up what they can use.

The Point — With a pill, you know how much was swallowed. Through an IV, you know how much was delivered directly into circulation.

Why We Don’t Put Everything In One Bag

Most IV Clinics

The One-Bag Approach

One bag. Everything mixed together at once.

Multiple ingredients are combined and infused together without separation into individual stages or a visible sequence.

One bag. Everything at once. Fast to hang. But has anyone considered what those ingredients may do to one another inside the bag?

Alpha Vital Elite

The Alpha Vital Elite Approach

Separate stages. One deliberate sequence.

Not every ingredient belongs in the same bag. Some ingredients are not compatible with one another. Some require protection from light, while others need to be administered in a particular order.

That is why we divide the protocol into smaller, carefully prepared stages — to help protect ingredient stability and preserve the potency you are paying for.

  1. 01 Trace Minerals
  2. 02 B-Complex Vitamins
  3. 03 Amino Acids
  4. 04 Alpha-Lipoic Acid
  5. 05 Vitamin C
  6. 06 Glutathione
    Slow IV Push

Protected from light No cover needed

Six Stages. One Deliberate Order.

The order is intentional. Each stage is prepared and administered separately based on ingredient compatibility, light sensitivity, and the sequence in which it should be given. This step-by-step approach helps protect ingredient stability and preserve potency. Six stages, one at a time. Each is prepared separately, administered at its own rate, and given in a deliberate order. Light-sensitive ingredients stay covered; others need no cover.

Why The Sequence Matters

1

Chemistry

What can share a bag?

Some IV ingredients work well together. Others can change or lose strength when they are mixed. Knowing their names is not enough — we check how the actual products behave together before placing them in the same bag.

2

Light

Why some bags need a cover

Riboflavin is vitamin B2. Ascorbic acid is vitamin C. Light can weaken both vitamins while they are being prepared and infused. That is why we cover them — just as some medicines come in dark bottles to protect what is inside.

3

Control

One stage, one speed

Different ingredients may need different speeds. In one bag, everything runs at the same speed. Separate stages let us control the speed of each stage and slow or stop the one being given if a reaction begins. Mix everything together, and that control is lost.

4

Traceability

A clue instead of a guess

If ten ingredients share one bag and you have a reaction, which one caused it? The bag cannot tell us. With separate stages, we know which stage was running and can narrow the question to a much smaller group. That gives us a clue instead of a guess.

An ingredient list tells you what is being given. Our process also considers what belongs together, what needs protection from light, the order in which each stage should be given, how fast it should run, and how a problem could be traced.

Chemistry. Light. Control. Traceability. Every step has a reason.

An IV bag is not a smoothie.
The moment something enters your vein, it becomes medicine.

Common questions

Before you
get in touch.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. All visits are by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted. Alpha Vital Elite is an outpatient medical wellness practice, not a hospital. Before an infusion can be scheduled, a physician must review your health information to determine whether the nutritional and antioxidant IV support we offer falls within our scope and can be provided safely and appropriately in our setting. If your medical needs fall outside our services, you may be advised to seek care from an appropriate physician or medical facility.

What happens before I can book?

You send your medical history, current medications and allergies. Dr. Violeta Aronov or another physician on the Alpha Vital Elite medical team reviews it and decides whether IV therapy is appropriate for you and which formula fits. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged at that stage.

Is there a physician review fee?

Yes. Before an infusion can be scheduled, a physician takes the time to review your safety-screening answers, medical history, medications, allergies, relevant laboratory results or medical records, and wellness goals. This individualized review helps determine whether the IV support available at Alpha Vital Elite is safe and appropriate for you — and, when appropriate, which option may best meet your needs.

The physician review fee is $100. If you are approved for an infusion, the full $100 is applied toward your first approved infusion.

Occasionally, the review may show that additional information is needed or that the services available at our practice are not the right fit for you. In that situation, the fee covers the physician’s time and clinical expertise in carefully completing your review and providing a professional determination, so it is not refundable.

Who personally provides and monitors my infusion?

At Alpha Vital Elite, physician involvement continues throughout your visit. Your infusion is personally provided and monitored by Dr. Violeta Aronov or another physician on the Alpha Vital Elite medical team.

The physician providing your care reviews your medical history, determines and verifies the appropriate formulation and doses, prepares and starts your infusion, sets the flow rate, and remains with you through completion. Your infusion is not handed off to a technician; a physician remains directly responsible for your care from start to finish.

How long does an infusion take?

The time depends on which infusion you receive.

A glutathione injection takes about 15 minutes to give, with about 30 minutes planned for the entire visit. Some of our signature infusions take about one hour. Our longest infusions take approximately two and a half to three hours.

We do not rush your infusion. Giving certain ingredients too quickly may cause breathing problems, chest discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or other side effects. Your infusion is given at a careful rate, with physician monitoring throughout your visit, because your safety comes first.

Can I come in if I have a chronic condition?

Maybe. It depends on your condition, your current health, and the care you need.

Many of our patients live with chronic conditions. Before we can offer an infusion, you must tell us about your condition, symptoms, medications, supplements, treatments, and the doctors caring for you. A physician will review this information and decide whether supportive IV care is safe for you and within the services we provide.

Our infusions may support hydration, nutritional replenishment, normal antioxidant defenses, immune function, and joint, skin, or liver wellness. They do not treat rheumatoid arthritis, fatty liver disease, or any other chronic illness.

Alpha Vital Elite is not a hospital, urgent care center, primary care office, or replacement for your specialist. When appropriate and with your permission, we may communicate with your healthcare provider. Being under specialist care or receiving treatment does not automatically rule you out.

If your needs are outside what we can safely provide, we will tell you clearly and guide you toward a more appropriate doctor or facility.

Will an infusion treat my condition?

No. Our infusions do not treat or cure diseases. They provide supportive care only and do not replace your medications, primary care doctor, specialist, or medical treatment.

We do, however, specialize in physician-directed supportive IV care. Our approach is informed by published research about different vitamin deficiencies and oxidative stress in chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, fatty liver disease, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease with joint symptoms, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease.

Oxidative stress means the body is having trouble balancing harmful molecules. Some studies have examined individual antioxidants in people with chronic conditions. However, this research does not prove that our combined IV infusions treat these conditions or will benefit every patient.

A physician must review your condition, medications, current treatment, and overall health before deciding whether supportive IV care is safe and appropriate for you. Our supportive IV formulations are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or reverse any disease or medical condition. Results may vary, and no benefit or outcome is promised.

What if I am not eligible?

Here is what happens:

  1. A physician reviews your information. We look at your condition, symptoms, medications, treatments, allergies, and any available laboratory results.
  2. We decide whether an infusion is safe for you. We also decide whether the care you need is something our office can safely provide.
  3. We may ask for more information. Before making a final decision, we may request laboratory results, medical records, or information from your primary care doctor or specialist.
  4. If an infusion is not appropriate, we will not approve it. This does not mean we do not want to help you. It means your needs may be outside the limited supportive care our practice provides.
  5. We will explain the decision. Alpha Vital Elite is not a hospital, urgent care center, primary care office, or specialty treatment center. If you need a different level or type of care, we will guide you back to your doctor, specialist, or a facility better equipped to help you.

We only provide an infusion when a physician believes it is safe, appropriate, and within the services our practice can responsibly offer.

What is the rationale for including each ingredient in this specific IV infusion?

Every ingredient must have a clear reason for being included.

Dr. Aronov’s background in biochemistry and nearly 20 years of experience as a board-certified anesthesiologist guide how each infusion is evaluated.

Before including an ingredient, she considers:

  • What does the ingredient normally do in the body?
  • What supportive purpose does it serve in this specific infusion?
  • Is the proposed dose and IV route appropriate?
  • Is it safe with the patient’s health conditions, allergies, medications, and available laboratory results?
  • Can it be used safely with the other ingredients, or should it be given separately?
  • What risks or limitations should the patient understand?

The review is informed by resources from the National Institutes of Health, peer-reviewed medical literature indexed in PubMed, and guidance from established medical organizations. An ingredient is never included simply because it is popular.

Research involving an individual ingredient does not prove that it will benefit every patient. It also does not establish that a combined IV formulation is safe or effective for treating any disease or medical condition. The final formulation and eligibility decision are based on an individual physician review.

Why isn’t everything mixed in one bag?

Not every ingredient belongs in the same bag.

Each ingredient has its own needs, including the correct fluid, concentration, acidity level, light protection, and infusion rate.

Before ingredients are combined, their compatibility must be considered. Ingredients that do not mix well may become less stable, change when placed together, lose strength, or form tiny particles called precipitates.

For these reasons, we do not automatically place a long list of ingredients into one bag. Ingredients are combined only when they are considered compatible in that specific preparation. When needed, they are protected from light or given in separate bags and steps, with an appropriate fluid and rate for each stage.

This approach may take longer, but it allows every stage to be prepared and administered carefully. It does not eliminate all infusion risks or guarantee a particular result.

Why does the infusion order matter?

Think about building a house.

You would not put all the workers, tools, and materials into one big pile. You would use each one at the proper time.

An infusion also needs a plan. Some infusions begin with minerals and vitamins. Amino acids and antioxidants may be given in later steps.

Some ingredients can go together. Others need their own bag because they may not mix well, may need protection from light, or must be given at a different speed.

Giving the infusion in steps also allows the physician to watch how you feel. If needed, the physician can slow down, change, or stop the infusion.

The order is chosen for careful preparation and monitoring. It does not remove every risk or guarantee a particular result.

Why do so many infusions include antioxidants?

Your body naturally makes tiny molecules called free radicals. A small amount is normal. When too many build up and the body cannot keep them balanced, it is called oxidative stress.

Over a lifetime, the body is exposed to sunlight, smoke, pollution, alcohol, illness, inflammation, and everyday stress. Years of oxidative stress may add to normal wear and damage inside the body’s cells.

Oxidative stress has also been studied in many chronic illnesses, especially conditions involving ongoing inflammation. Think of antioxidants as helpers that support the body’s own cleanup and protection systems. This is why selected antioxidant ingredients are included in several Alpha Vital Elite infusions.

Antioxidant support cannot erase a lifetime of damage. It has also not been proven to treat, cure, or reverse a chronic illness. Each ingredient must have a clear reason for being included, and a physician must decide whether it is safe and appropriate for the individual patient.

Why can’t I simply choose an IV from a menu?

Because the same infusion may be appropriate for one person and unsafe for another.

Cancer care, an active flare of a chronic illness, heart or kidney or liver problems, fever, infection, pregnancy, abnormal vital signs, or certain medications may completely change the plan.

Sometimes the safest answer is:

  • Regular medical care before any IV
  • No infusion at all
  • More medical information
  • New laboratory results
  • A conversation with a specialist
  • A different infusion

You tell us what concerns you. Dr. Aronov determines whether an IV is appropriate and which option, if any, fits your needs.

What does “physician-directed” mean?

It means you are not expected to select or prescribe your own IV from a menu.

Before any infusion, a physician reviews:

  • What you hope to address with IV support
  • Your medical history
  • Your current symptoms
  • Your medications and supplements
  • Your allergies
  • Your relevant laboratory results

The physician then:

  • Determines whether IV support is appropriate for you
  • Confirms whether it can be provided within the scope of this practice
  • Selects the appropriate ingredients and doses
  • Determines the fluid volume, sequence, and infusion rate
  • Personally provides and monitors your care from start to finish

The first question is not, “Which IV would you like?”

It is, “Should you receive an IV at all — and, if so, which approach is appropriate for you?”
